Service Description

These 60 minute sessions are recommended for those who are looking to really improve. Each lesson will consist of an assessment of your progress through video analysis, we will then decide on the key area(s) to work on with specific drill(s). 60 minute lesson gives us a great amount of time to break down the area of improvement and really start to get the change going and start to see an improvement.
